Ohio State University announced it is looking for individuals with small cell deployment expertise in the technician and construction manager occupations to complete a survey about the duties and tasks of the work. The verification process is administered via an electronic survey and will take approximately 45-60 minutes per survey.
OSU Center on Education & Training for Employment (CETE) is developing a new stage for two new Development of a Curriculum projects. The first is an Entry-Level Small Cell Technician, and the second is a Small Cell Construction Manager. The OSU CETE Team has worked with a small group of subject matter experts to develop core duties and tasks for each of these occupations.
“We hope to vet this information against a more comprehensive group of industry professionals,” said Jason Phillips, a member of the Ohio Wireless and Broadband Association and Founder & CEO of Telax Communications. “I am asking our industry colleagues to reshare to help us spread the message.
